   Do not buy pizza from this place! When we ordered pizza we asked for pan crust on 2 large pizzas. They gave us a medium pan pizza for one and the pan crust on the other came out flat. They offfered to make us 2 more and when they were done the dough was not cooked! My best friend got sick from eating one slice. I called and asked for a refund and the manager told me that I left the store with the pizza so there was nothing he could do and then he hung up on me. I called corporate and I've been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks now! DO NOT EAT PIZZA FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

   Wonder why Pizza Hut loses business. After having pizza delivered to my address for over 15 years from this location, I was informed that this location does not deliver to my house. I was informed that they only delivered to an address up to 2500 and not over and my address was within that block.(My street starts in the 2100 block) Not only is this ridiculous but to get to my address, the driver would have to go past at least 12 blocks on my street to get to the address's I was told was listed as the delivery area. I questioned the person on the phone and was told that there was nothing he could do. Instead of looking up and determining that I was in the area or trying to help me with finding out which Pizza Hut does deliver to my house, he couldn't be bothered. I probably will not buy from Pizza Hut in the future. The customer service is very lacking, personnel need to be knowledgable of the areas and training of personnel needs to be addressed.
