Brew Bachers Grill 1 Drusilla Location

Some of the best sandwiches i've had have come from this restaurant. The fries that come with the sandwich or burger can't be beat. The interior of these sandwich shops are the most appealing but as long as they're clean. The ones i've been in are. But hey it's all about the food and this place passes with flying colors.

Won't go back: I recently ordered the Baja burger and fries from the Drusilla location "to go". My husband picked up the order and brought it home for us to share. We were headed out to the LSU/OLE MISS football game and needed a snack before heading out to the tailgate. As my husband was chewing, I heard a loud noise; I thought he'd broken a tooth. He went to the sink to spit out his food and found a piece of jagged glass (3/4 in by 1/2 in). Needless to say, we lost our appetites. I immediately withdrew the Brubacher's food my four year old was eating. Being a critical care nurse, it scares me to think what could have happened if my husband had swallowed that piece of glass.

I immediately called Brubacher's, but the manager on duty was just too busy to listen to my complaint, so I was forced to explain it all to the girl who answered the phone. First, she wanted to know if I was certain I had called the right location. Next she asked me if I was sure the glass came from Brubacher's, because they "don't normally have glass in their food". Finally, I requested the owner's name, but she couldn't tell me or maybe she just refused to do so.

When she questioned if the material my husband found in his burger was indeed glass, I offered to bring it to prove my point, but if the manager is just too busy to take my call, maybe the media won't be too busy to listen. I will make a great news story....................
