OMG! VERY AWFUL SERVICE & SALESMAN. I WENT TO ROYAL NISSAN IN BATON ROUGE, TO PURCHASE A 2009 MAXIMA. I HAD TO WAIT 15MINS FOR AN SALESMAN,. UPON TALKING AND TELLING/SHOWING WHICH CAR I WANTED, THE SALES GUY WAS NOT OF ANY HELP. I SUGGEST NO-ONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH ROYAL. I DROVE TO ALL-STAR NISSAN TO BUY AN 09 MAXIMA, ASK FOR TAMMY, VERY NICE GOOD SALESWOMEN!

What a bunch of morons. I will never and do not recommmend anyone ever go to Royal nissan. I had two salesman speak to us and both of them seemed like they did not want to help us. Salesman were very lazy and did not earn my business. My father and I later went to Leblanc Nissan in Gonzales and purchased two Altimas with the exact price I wanted.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY: My 2000 Nissan Maxima would turn over but not start, we replaced the starter and it still wouldn't start. We took it to an independent mechanic who put it on the computer to diagnose the problem and it registered nothing. I called Royal Nissan to see what the possible problem could be and they said to bring it in and we'll diagnose it for you. I did and with in an hour of dropping it off we got a call saying it was a damaged key and they would have to replace the security module(a part they would have to order). After the part came in with in an hour the vehicle was ready. I understand you have a hefty charge for labor but $450 for something that took so little time to fix? I spoke with Kenny Torres several times and he repeatedly explained how easy and fast it would be once the part came in. So needless to say I was shocked when I saw the Labor charge on the invoice. I purchased my nissan from this dealership but will not return ever again for service or to purchase any other vehicles.
