    "DONT RENT FROM HERTZ!"I RESERVED A RENTAL CAR, AND WHEN I GOT TO THE COUNTER ONE REP WAS OUTSIDE SMOKING A CIGARETTE, WHILE THE OTHER REP WAS EATING IN THE BACK OFFICE YAPPING ON THE PHONE REALLY GHETTO....IT WAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO I WENT TO THE NATIONAL RENT A CAR PEOPLE GAVE ME BETTER SERVICE WITH A BETTER CAR AT A BETTER PRICE...I WILL NEVER RENT WITH HERTZ AGAIN!....THEY HAVE A DEPOSIT WHILE NATIONAL JUST CHARGES YOU FOR THE VEHICLE....

    Hi,
    Bravo to Hertz in Baton Rouge! I just got back from a business trip from Baton Rouge and received a call from the manager, Jessica. I had left my very valuable GPS in the car and after verifying with her that I indeed left it, she will be shipping it to me ASAP! I appreciate the honesty, integrity and most of all great customer service of Hertz!!!
