User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI normally get all my cakes from Kelly's Bakery. However, listening to a friend, I decided to try Ambrosia Bakery. This was a huge mistake.The customer service was horrible and my cake was even worse. Not only was it dry, it had a foul taste like it had been freezer burned. I should have followed my heart and went to my favorite, Kelly's Bakery. Their customer service is EXCELLENT and there cakes are EXCEPTIONAL...I live thirty minutes away, but its worth the drive. I have no complaints, and will never stray from Kelly's again...

Yes, the customer service is very poor. I spoke to a young lady today to place an order & before I could finish my sentence she cut me off. She was rude and not courteous at ALL! I love the strawberry cake but I'll do without if the receptionist doesn't know the meaning of the word POLITE.
