User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAlthough India's is NOT the only indian restaurant in Baton Rouge, it is one of our family's favorites. We love the buffet for lunch and they have some very reasonable offerings for dinner. We recently introduced a friend to Indian food at this restaurant and she loved it and has since went back several times on her own.
The staff is also very nice and helpful. The manager is also readily available to greet customers at their table.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI'm not gonna lie the food is pretty good, I have been going there for over a year now, usually get a luch buffet. However my opinion about them changed few days ago. Last time I got an order to go and I used my card to pay for it. I didn't leave any tips because it was a to go order. So when I checked my bank statement the other day I found out that they decided to put their own tips in!!!! What the heck? Is that even legal? It was only few dollars but goodness!!! I'm really upset with them and never going there again! If you want to get jacked go to India's...
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis restaurant is awesome. The atmosphere is neat. Feels a bit mobish... but that's okay. The food is amazing. The waitstaff is very friendly. Whenever I first went here, I didn't know what any of the food was, so my friend and I ordered the dinner for two, and all of it was delicious. An excellent place for a new cultural experience instead of... well... the "Olive Garden" that the guy below me is fascinated with.
