I am very disappointed with the salespeople. I was prepared to pay cash for a new 2009 4Runner. I left my credit card number with Aaron to hold one while I was on vacation. I get an email a week later saying they sold the vehicle, and if I would accept an alternate one. I authorized it over email. He later claims not to have gotten the email that I have proof was delivered. I call him when I get back into town to see if I can still get a vehicle. He doesn't bother to call me back. I really think they are not interested in selling cars. Very incompetent and uncaring.
