User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy experience at the Minden Sonic Drive-In was terrible. They got the entire order wrong...and when i explained to them they were very rude! Even asked if they wanted them to hand the slice of cheese out the window for the burgers! I found this information so i am hoping it helps if everyone starts to complain....... User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis Sonic honestly stinks, not just tonight but every time i go to this one it seems like they can never get an order right, tonight when i ordered my child a wacky packy hot dog all they brought out was the hotdog and the drink no fries, and no toy, i asked do fries not come with that, and the girl kinda looked at me dumb founded, and oh oh oh yes they do i will be right back with those and when she came back she had the fries but still no toy. they need new management or something it is like this everytime you go there, they most of the time never have anything, such as cup holders or certain food items, they either need to get their act together or have the place shut down since they are not meeting customer satisfaction.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis Sonic has terrible service since the ownershp changed. They do not take your order in a timely manner, they do not get the orders right and it takes forever for them to bring it to you! I called and complained, was told that someone would call back to get details and no one ever called back. Today it took them 31 minutes from the time I placed my order till they brought it out. We don't have that many places to eat lunch in this town and the service here is just HORRIBLE!!! I can only hope that the new owners will get their act together or read some of these reviews!

I agree with you. I went back on Tuesday morning thinking give another chance. I was the only customer at the time of the order. I ordered a bacon,egg,cheese burrito. Got to work and bit into it and it was a sausage,egg,cheese, burrito. As typical they can't tell the difference between sausage and bacon.
