Noble Savage Tavern

I've been a fan since they first opened. Great atmosphere and Chef Colby's food is excellent. Great place to hear live, local music, too. My only complaint? The service is slow at best.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. This place is fabulous! The beer selection is fabulous. They had many choices of wheat beers, which is what I like. But also many hard liquor choices. Huge variety of live music every day of the week. Dark relaxing tavern atmosphere. Owned by a chef. The menu is surprising...absoluting great....was unexpected for the pub-like appearance. Eclectic, alternative, staff was awesome and chatty, dessert yummy, daily specials awesome, and affordable. I can't say anything negative...this was a great place to eat and drink.

Fun, festive atmosphere in a quaint, downtown building with lots of character. Best place in Shreveport to experience an eclectic blend of music -- the Thursday night jazz is extraordinary! Superb, upscale food and drink created by the renowned chefs and knowledgeable mixologists, plus friendly faces, engaging conversations and a wide range in age of patrons from late 20's to senior status. Very enjoyable evening!
