Our visit was terrible from the start, our waiter didnt come to the table for 10 minutes, once he took our drink order he didnt have menus for us. 10-15 minutes later are drinks arrived, just a party 0f 7 by the way. When we asked the waiter for menus he said "he was bringing out shrimp cocktails and crab claws." He brought out the shrimp cocktails and crab claws, mind the fact that we never ordered them. The waiter brought the menus out 15 minutes later. No one at our table of 7 people and 5 different entree selections, enjoyed their meal. Then the bomb hit....$323.00 tab, $93.00 of appetizers that we didnt order. Maybe we shouldnt of ate them but the waiter didnt give us the a heads up. That to me is terrible customer service and business. In the lobby there are pictures of Michael Douglas, Terry Bradshaw and the Gatlin Brothers, they are endorsing a terrible product.

The food was ok...but it took forever! The music and atmosphere was good, but at the end of the night, we were charged for food and drinks that we had obviously never even ordered, and the staff refused to take them off of our bill. Seemed a bit dishonest to me. We definitely won't be going back.
