Best meal I have had in a long time!! My husband and I were given a gift certificate to the Mabry House as a wedding gift. We went last night and it was a wonderful experience. Very romantic atmosphere, attentive and friendly waiters and excellent food. We told the waiter that we had just returned from out honeymoon and were given a complementary bottle of champagne. It is expensive (our meal was $185 including tip) but you get what you pay for! Entrees run about $30 - $35 each. We had appetizers, desserts and drinks so that ran our bill up. We will definitely eat there again!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMake sure you have time for a 3 1/2hour meal. That's how long it took for my husband and I. Our first waiter was rude and didn't care for us asking questions and actually made a comment to me that they don't have 5 gallon buckets of ranch in the back when I asked what my dressing options were if I didn't want the sweet dressing that comes with the salad I ordered. We barely spoke to him other than that so I was very offput by his remark. He disappeared after that and we got a new waiter who was very pleasant. The food was wonderful and the second waiter was very curtious and helpful but I just couldn't get passed the comment made to me by the previous waiter. Saw all the reviews before we went and expected to be there 2 to 2 1/2 hours but was there 3 1/2.
Probably won't be going back.
