User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI've been to Sonic Drive-Ins in larger and smaller communities. This one needs some leadership in the store, particularly the evening shifts and weekends. Customers who get incorrect orders don't like seeing infants and toddlers underfoot where food is being prepared. I once saw an infant in a carrier on a counter there. A definite health and safety risk. I realize it's summer and there are a lot of young temporary workers, but that is exactly why there needs to be some responsible adult leadership there at all times. I would estimate that my order has been filled incorrectly 3 out of 5 times recently and just this week I waited over 25 minutes for 1 drink which was the wrong flavor when I finally received it. The store was not particularly busy-- and I think I know why.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSonic: We eat at this Sonic at least 2 or 3 times a week. I eat there in the morning on my way to work because I can get anything on the menu. When it first opened there were some problems with getting the orders correct, but thankfully this is resolved.
