Mary Lee Donuts

To Whom It May Concern,
I went by the O’Neal, Baton Rouge La location of Mary Lee Donut’s, Monday Feb 2nd around 6:45 AM. I had my young children with me, it was raining, and I didn’t know if the drive though was just for pick up orders. So I did not go into the store. Instead I tried calling Free 411 to get the phone number for that location.
The only two locations that Free 411 listed were the following:

13847 Coursey Blvd
Baton Rouge, La 70817
(225) 752-2072

4177 La Highway 1 S
Port Allen, La 70767
(225) 749-2082

I first called the Coursey location. I asked the lady that answered if she had the phone number for the location off O’Neal. She said she did not. I asked if she could get it for me she said she could not. I felt she was very rude. Here I was calling in trying to do business with your company and felt like she didn’t want my business. So I called the Port Allen location, the lady there was very helpful and gave me the phone number to the location in Denham Springs. I called the location in Denham Springs and it was a workers personal cell phone number. Not one of the three stores I called had the phone number for the O’Neal location. I was very upset with the way the lady at the Coursey location said she could not help me. She was not very friendly and did not provide great customer service. I was really surprised that 1) Free 411 listing on had the two locations out of the many you have in the Baton Rouge and surrounding area and 2) that not one of the three stores I called had the O’Neal phone number.
I drove up to the O’Neal drive up window and the lady working there was so nice and professional and fast, I was in and out. I should have just pulled up to the window first. So I commend her on an excellent job well done.

I have to tell you I had stopped goin to Mary Lee on Greenwellsprings Rd. because nobody ever seemed to be friendly and very weird vibe, love the donuts, but not friendly and then they got a new beautiful young lady and we stopped there one day before school and wow she can start your day out on the right note. I think her name is Ms.Jill what a doll. They didnt like it if she talked to us too long but she sure makes alot of us happy. We are a close community and well you only here great things about her. I haven't seen her lately, makes my kids and I very sad. I hope she will be back soon. She got us eating the pigs n a blanket wow they are great! She is great at getting you to try things. Well thanks!!!! I rate it excellent with her working there, a change in atmosphere!!!

Freakin Awesome!!! My brother in law told me about this place, and now every time I go to Baton Rouge to visit, I have to stop. They have a huge variety that is made fresh everyday and it is Awesome.
