User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible service. Today was my second time eatting at this restaurant. The first time my experinece was ok. Today I decided to try their sesame chicken. I did and it was not what I expected (fried really hard). I asked if I could switch the chicken for sweet and sour shrimp (both on the lunch menu). I had only eatten one piece of the sesame chicken. I was told the manager would have to be consulted because I might have to pay for the chicken. I told them that I was not paying for the chicken. The manager came over and got really close to my face and stated "You didn't like the chicken?" I stated "It is fried really hard and I not use to that". The manager then stated "Thats how we cook our chicken if you don't like it don't order it!" and she walked away. I asked the waitress to have the manager return. She did. I explained to the manger that the way she talked to me was rude and that if I knew that's how they cooked their sesame chicken I would have never order it. The manager got closer in my face and told me that "if you don't eat it we have to throw it away". The manager offer no appologizes and they brought me out the shrimp cooked too hard to eat. I'm pregnant and saw myself getting too upset to respectfully handle the situation so I asked for my ticket. When I did so the waitress took my debit card in the back; however, left my friend's card at the table. It was approxiamately five minutes before the waitree re-emerged with my card to swipe it at the terminal approximately five feet from where I was sitting. The waitress then took my friend's debit card directly to the terminal, swiped it and returned it. Needless to say I'm never eatting there again and I immediately went to my bank and had them replace my card.

Best service of any restaurant in Shrevport. excellent food and great lunch specials under $6.00
The best shrimp i've ever had in my entire life is the "Crispy Shrimp"
Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! A MUST TRY!!!
