   My husband went to Ralph & Kacoo's at lunch. We were seated quickly and the hostess was friendly. That is where it ended. We ordered Shrimp Remoulade for an appetizer. For $8.00 we got 6 cold overcooked medium tasteless shrimp over a bland mix of lettuce and remoulade. My Blackened Tilapia was okay, but the crawfish etouffee topping was also bland, and lukewarm in temperature. My husband had the shrimp trio. His whole meal was a huge disappointment. After the $40 bill, (lunch rate) and no reimbursement or apologies for the bad food, we left and had a much better dinner at the casino for less money.

   We went to Ralph and Kacoo's on a Saturday night and had an okay time. The staff were friendly and we were seated pretty quick to say that it was a Saturday night. The food was a disappointment but the service was excellent. No reason to not go back for a second round.

   I think this place is the greatest.I love to go there. The food is to die for,the srevice was just the world best.Will come back again.
