My bridesmaids and I went there to purchase 2 dresses. The staff was extremely rude and of no help at all to us. My maids found a dress they both agreed on, and when asked if it was available, were told no. Pressing them, we found that indeed it was available but it had to be ordered. Pissed off by that time, but determined to get the dress we wanted, we persisted and got the dress ordered, but then was told it may not be in by the time I got married. We called the acutal merchant who made the dress and was told that we could get in time! Really pissed at this point, but determined to make them actually work, I got the dresses ordered and had it within a week. After purchasing the dress, I told them I would never be back and would tell anyone I could how crappy I thought they were. I was not surprised at all that they couldn't care less. So here I am to tell all who will read this, DO NOT GO TO AZARUE'S!!!!
They treat you like dirt: My daughter was trying on a homecoming dress and the owner came over and took it out of her hands and said it was already sold. It was not the sales clerk had told us another girl had wanted it but that she had not called back by noon that day so it went back on the rack. We were ready to buy it, but the owner was so rude and didn't even offer to order the dress for my daughter or give us any help. We got in the car and went to Yellow Ribbon and they ordered the dress and got it here on time for my daughter, who by the way was Homecoming Queen. We will never shop any where but Yellow Ribbon.
