She seems to be excited to be a part of the experience instead of just being at work. Without a doubt, she has been the kindest and most helpful of everyone I have worked with at David's Bridal (three different stores). She's a great employee and a guarantee to be awesome! User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThis place was very helpful, ask for Raquel because that is the person that I delt with the entire time. If she was not there, I left. Maybe that's why my entire 14 mths experience was pleasant when dealing with the dress purchase. Alterations is another story, please find someone else who knows how to alter a dress. They are very unhelpful (JoAnn) and seem to not care about your BIG DAY! They did not alter my $1200 dress correctly and my dress is the one thing that is suppose to be perfect.
