Please what ever you do, go somewhere else to buy a car. To buy a car from this company would be money down the toilet. They have the most unscrupulous service department I have ever encountered. We bought a brand new car and brought it back because of defective paint. They have given us nothing but grief and took it and buffed it. NOW it has more scratches than it did when we left it with them. I just feel like crying because my beautiful new car has been ruined. It will never be right! My first new car experience has given me heart palpatations and made me a nervous wreck. The toyota manager lied to us, right to our faces and told us that they would fix the problem and then didn't. They said what they thought we wanted to hear and then once we left, they did exactly what THEY wanted to do. They said they buffed the car (which by the way removes more of the clear coat) and left more scratches. The car NOW is worse than it was when we originally had taken it in to them. I feel so disgusted with the whole process.
You know when you have a new car and you walk outside and think to yourself, WOW look at my new cool car? Well, I don't have that feeling anymore. I look at my new car and get anxious and want to cry.
I visited this dealership and I found them to be incredibly helpful and friendly. I plan on doing busines with them again.
HORRIBLE customer service. Only did we find out after the fact. The sale went great except after when we were registering our vehicle did they fall short. I called several times to find out what going on and asked them to call me back. I never received a call back. I finally went up to john harvey and they were not interested in what i had to say (the manager espcially), they just wanted to give me temporary tags and send me on the way. which all in all was great, but why did it have to come down to me going up there? In the end they do not follow up, and are not interested in how they could improve their customer service, which tells me once they make a deal they got ya and dont care about afterwards.

The same thing happen to me, they buffed the scratches and now every time it rains, water gets under the clear coat and leave bubbles, my car looks terrible, now I have to get a new paint job.
