I went this past Friday to watch Forbidden Kingdom and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted as soon as I walked in , which is something I am not used to in this area. It has been quite some time before I was in this theater and I swore I would not be back, but they had the movie and I was close, so....I have to say I will be back whenever I can! Everyone was friendly, the staff and the manager, all both of them...but I got my ticket and necessary concessions, even flavored salt, something I haven't had in awhile. My movie started on time, and they even walked the theater during my show, something else I haven't seen in awhile. Really clean and SUPER nice staff!

the only perk to this theater is that it shows some of the more "unpopular" films that other theaters in town don't pick up. other than that: godawful. there is never more than one or two employees there at a time, neither of which have a clue what they are doing. the screen and/or sound is always messed up somehow and we have to go get someone to fix it. and the movie never starts on time. also, you would think a smaller, less popular theater like this might would lower its prices to compete with the newer ones, but noooo.

why should there be more staff if theres not that many people. and did you ever think that if they had more costumers there would be more staff they currently have at least four people out and they are all cirtafied to do there jobs even if they are teenagers. also the managers have all attendend a course to be better if you have a problem with it why dont you do something about it and report it.

Nothing is wrong with it: The Regal is a pretty good place to go. It is just ignored and underestimated because of the boardwalk and tinseltown. It's also a great place to go when you've missed going to see a movie when it came out. The Regal will still have it.
