   I recently had a sewer back up in my home in north Shreveport. I've had 2 floods from washing machine leaks before, and the insurance company sent someone else out. This time, neither of the two companies they sent out ever showed up. I called A-1 on referral from a friend. They were here within 2 hours (on a Sunday),
   and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. In the past, no one did the moisture testing, and follow-up testing that A-1 did.
   They made sure my house was clean, decontaminated, and no mold/mildew. They explained every step of the clean up, and did a very thorough job. Even when they thought the job was complete, they double checked EVERYTHING with testing to make sure. I highly recommend this company. Their final clean up on the tracked areas made my floors look like new. I could not be more pleased, and now realize how limited my 1st two clean ups were.
