Jim Nance, Question his Policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: I purchased 2 watercraft totalling over $14,000 from Ms. Nance, from day 1 one of them would go in to limp mode to eliminate engine damage. Which is a good feature , However, Buyers need to be aware up front of Mr. Nance policy. Here is my experience, After problem, I took it in for warranty, was informed that it would cost me roughly $100. to take to river to water test to diagnose a problem that is under warranty. I said o.k. and paid it. even though I felt warranty should pay it. Picked up sea doos after repair, took them to Arkansas, (150 miles away) launched them, same problem occured. Ruined a good weekend. Pulled em back to Mr. Nance, he charged another hundred to water test under warranty. I paid it. In protest. What else can you do? You want to enjoy them before the summer is over. Repeat, happened again!!!! I went in to talk to Mr. Nance in a business like cordial fashion to discuss the fact that I didnt feel it was right for me to continue to pay the water test when he's at fault not taking care of the problem. (not to mention 3 trips 150 miles away wasted). Mr. Nance very rudely and bluntly said "Sea Doo does not pay me for a water test and I cant do it for free somebodys gonna pay, and it aint me, or SeaDoo so that only leaves you!! So either pay me to test them again or dont leave them here!!! I chose to not pay or leave them. I took them to Broadway Yamaha in Tyler Texas, they took them in, water tested them under warranty, ( by the way, they said Sea Doo does pay for water test). I picked them up and they have ran perfect ever since. They treated me like I would have expected Mr. Nance to, especially since I had bought a total of 4 seadoos from them over the past 4 years! So!!!!!!!!!! If your'e in the market for a new atv, watercraft, bypass Bossier Yamaha and go to Tyler Texas. You'll be able to enjoy it and deal with a professional business all in one place!!!!
