Something needs to be done!: I went there two times. I found out that neither time while I was getting the full service done to my car my air filter was not checked. They did not vacum or even ask me if I wanted them to. When I went to have my oil changed at another place, because a friend told me that I needed a new air filter, I saved the old one to take and show the manager on duty. I started to tell him about my problem; and he stood there smiling the whole time. He was laughing when I left. I found it very rude. I am hoping to try and speak with a general manager to tell him about this problem also. I mean if they don't check mine to tell me if it is clean or dirty; how do I know that they are really even changing my oil?
