I'm gad that there are local people out there support a local business like this one. But I must tell those of you who are from out of town, if you are looking for good mexican food keep driving! If your going west stop in shreveport, if your headed east stop in Jackson. Speed through Monroe as fast as you can and don't look back. You will not find any good Mexican cuisine here. I've lived in Houston and Denver and have accually dined at reputable Mexican eateries. Chile Verde is absolutely horrible, along with pueblo viejo and El chico and the 4 or so others around the area. Its sad really.
