User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsFriendly, courteous, "down-home" type of service that you would both want and expect from a small-town dealership. Helpful in every way, and I would not hesitate to suggest doing business there to anyone!

The staff was very rude and acted like they could have cared less to sell us a new SUV. We made 3 trips to Jim Taylor before we could get someone to help us and made numerous phone calls that no one would return. Employees there are very unhelpful and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

i dont know which dealership you are talking about, cause i know the service staff is always more than happy to try to help in any way and most of the sales staff that i meet were very friendly willing to do whatever it took to make our sale as easy and trouble free as possible.
