Buyers beware. I special ordered some Stearling Shower doors. They were not altered in any way, and just was not something they carried in the store. When I got them, they were flimsy and not the quality I was looking for. I tried to return the door to Sutherlands but was told that they did not take special orders back. I m out 236.00 and have doors that I can t use. There was no where on the receipt or on the special order form a statement that they do not take special orders back. I have tried to contact the Cooperate office but cannot find the web sight. So know that if they Special order you something and your not satisfied,well, you want get your money back.
