Julia's is our family's favorite places to eat..I have heard bad experiences form people, but we have never had issues in the YEARS we have been going. We always get our food on time (you may have a wait if there are large groups), the people are amazingly warm and friendly and they have the BEST margaritas in the South! My hubby brought me there for one of our first dates, and now we bring the little man there, also.
We love it..have never had a bad meal or bad service.
i have been going to julia's since i was a baby and i am now 19 yrs old.
the people are friendly and treat everyone like family. my grandparents go there every night, the food is AWSOME!! their chips, salsa, cheese dip, tacos, and nachos are awsome. some days the food will taste different and plain because they have different cooks work different nights. the place is kid friendly, they never had crayons or color sheets but that never stopped me or my family from going there. you can treat the employers there like you would treat your own family at home. its a very nice atmosphere, they have been established there since the 80's and people are just starting to recognize it. the service there is very fast and will fix your food if something is wrong with.
Service was fine, very friendly. Food was just average. My wife had the beef & bean supreme nachos, and I had the chimichanga plate. The nachos had ample toppings, but the meat was not very well seasoned, and was only lukewarm. My chimichanga had the same beef filling, so lacked seasoning, too. The margarita's were a joke. I think they forgot to put any tequila in them. While we did not have an overall "bad" experience here, neither was it a good one. I do not think we will try it again.
