    Great service. We almost didn't stop because of last expreience in Shreveport on our way to FL. We decided to stop at Alexandria instead on the way home. Food was very good. Service was great. I left my coat and when I called today, 3 very friendly employees tracked it down and are mailing to me at No Cost - THATS Customer Service! I will be back. Thank you!

    leadership of staff may take a back seat to good service, requested a second level of mannagement and was instructed to check receipt for a phone number to discuss issues of service.
