Eddie's BBQ has the most delicious food I have ever tasted. AH LIKES DA RIBS!! I also like the beef. It is very juicy. The macaroni and cheese is delicious, the beans are awesome, the dirty rice is kickin, and the bbq sauce is amazing. I also like the pistolettes and sausage. And, of course, I lovee the sweet tea. The employees are very courteous and friendly, especially the one with dark curly hair, she is my hero and idol. I highly recommend Eddie's to fulfill your hunger.

This is probably the best tasting barbeque I've eaten in Louisiana. I've traveled all over Louisiana as a salesman for 12 years and I stop at Eddie's every time I go through Alexandria. I have a stack of plastic "Eddie's" to-go cups in my cabinet at home. My wife turned her nose up the first time I pulled into the parking lot with her along because it is snuggled up to the Texaco. Now, she agrees 100% it is the best bbq. I can't recommend one meat over another because it is all great, but I can't pass up the pork. I ate some today. Enjoy!
