Cinemark Tinseltown 17

We go every week, always very clean. The only things that I don't like are these: It is not as easy as it should be to buy a ticket without waiting in line( the only reason I happened upon this msg board is bc I could not find a link to buy my tickets online-that may be my ignorance, but I could not find one) along with the fact that the machine inside will not take a debit card. The other thing that really irks me is the game room. My kids are young and always want to play in there after the movie. Well, their policy is not to return any money that the machines take from you bc it is run by an outside company. They take your number and "will call you when they find that there was a surplus". Well needless to say, have never once gotten a phone call telling me that they owe me money from several of the older machines that often do not work, I just have to limit the amount that I give to my kids now and hope that I don't have to hear their screams- again, they are young. And oh yeah,have left things there before and gone immediately back and they were gone, stuff that was important, but not stuff anyone would steal- just throw away. Stuff rarely makes it to a lost and found there.
But the bathrooms are always very clean and the staff is courteous.
We are headed out for our second day in a row- we often go more than once a week!

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: to Jan C: wow you sound like a very bitter old maid. The reason to go to the movie theater in the first place is to get out of your norm and get a taste of society, no matter now annoying to you it may be. My advice, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. Also, if you don't like the atmosphere of the theater, wait 3 months and rent it from the movie store.

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: It's the better of the two theaters. The Mall doesn't get cleaned as often and the bathrooms are horrible. When you see poop in the urinals, you know a place is bad. That's the mall's kind of bad. If only tinseltown would lower their ticket price a little and get someone to take people out of movies who talk to the **** screen, could we all be happy.
