Our waitress was new and showed no interest in being there. She seemed very disappointed that we were not going to have the food bar (she would actually have to wait on us). I asked a question about one of the pasta dishes, which she did not know the answer to, nor did she offer to find out the answer. My husband and son ordered Lasagna and @ 10 minutes after she took our order returned to tell us they were out of Lasagna. When she brought the Toasted Ravioli to the table she basically dropped the plate on the table. My husband's Chicken Fetticine tasted terrible (like the cream used to make it was spoiled). When we complained she took it away without apologizing nor did she ask if he wanted to order something else, until someone told her to ask. Upon check out they were pretty ho-hum about our experience. We informed them we would not be back.
