Hollywood Cleaners

I brought my wool coat into Hollywood Cleaners to have buttons sewn to it. When I came back later that day I paid then went out to my car where I inspected the buttons. I found that two of the buttons were only attached by 3-4 strands of thread through the buttonhole and the thread was sewn through the back part of the wool lapel. This damaged the lapel. I went back inside and explained my dissatisfaction with the work and was told that the alteration worker had gone home for the day. I requested that the button be secured to the coat with more thread. I was asked to leave my coat and return for it tomorrow. When I returned the next day I was told that the owner had informed the clerk to send the coat "as is" without repairing the poor workmanship. After telling the clerk that the owner obviously cared nothing for customer service, I left with my coat. I will still have to seek another cleaner to have this coat repaired properly. The owner should be ashamed to turn out inferior work and to take advantage of customers. I will never use this cleaner again and I will advise others to go elsewhere.

BEST IN TOWN .ANY THING YOU WANT DON TO YOUR CLOTHES ,THEY WILL TRY TO FIX IT.WASH AND PRESS YOUR SHEETS. I HAVE NOT FOUND ANYCLEANER IN TOWN THAT TRYS TO PLEASE THEIR CUSTOMER AS MUCH AS HOLLYWOOD LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANER.
