I work on an Ambulance...and we're on the road all day long, consuming serious amounts of junk food. I've never been one for smoothies, or natural foods....But, today I had a different partner and he convinced me to stop and get a smoothie. I got one that had strawberry, banana, and ginseng. I didn't really believe the guy when he told me that I would feel wonderful in like 30 minutes....but, oh my goodness! My partner was laughing at me because of my energy after that! I was highly impressed, and cannot wait to get back to get another!

Service above and beyond!: This is one of my new favorite places to go. I am trying to be a little more aware and cautious about what I put into my body. I go here to get TVP and barley. While you are there pick up a smoothie. No matter what flavor you pick you can't go wrong. The staff is very friendly and attentive as well as informed about what they sell. If they don't know something they will take the time to look it up for you as well. How rare is that?

A GOD SEND !: I just want to say this place has made my life easier.. as a mother of a 5 month old we all know he is starting to teeth and i went to this place with questions of natural ideas for my son on his teething and on his gas problems the employees there are wonderful , kind, and very knowledgeable, they have books to read if you still arent sure about a product..and they have a coffee-smoothie bar in the store..with low carb ideas. loved it!
