User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRude Customer Service Rep: I am a current customer who just wanted to know over the phone what all was required to open a savings account. I was rudely informed that I had to come in and no info could be given over the phone. I find it hard to believe that our bank cannot simply inform a customer the ID and minimum balance required to open an account. Not to mention the fact that this rep was RUDE! I got the feeling this rep simply didn't want to be bothered. This is poor customer service.
