User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe taste of the chicken use to be worth putting up with the rudeness of staff . The last couple of timeafter waiting at dinner time for over 30 minutes for them to cook some chicken, it wasn't that good. They seem to try to discourage you from ordering by tell you everything has a wait time. I think staff wants the customers to leave them alone.

I agree with the feelings of the reviewer. Chick-A-Dilly has always had the rudest people working there. I don't know who the owners are but they must never go check on their workers. I never go order from them. I think the best take out chicken is Popeye's. But all of it is so high now you can't afford to buy any of them!!!!!
