I actually had the opportunity to meet Kim Hanke personally in his offices here in Springdale. I have to say, he is the nicest man! Even though he is the owner of the company, he treated me like I was the most important person to him at that very moment. He looked me dead in the eye, asked me lots of questions and genuinely seemed to take an interest in what I had to say. I really appreciate the professionalism and interest that he expressed in me as a potential customer.

I have not purchased any home improvements from Hanke Brothers, but I intend to! The product is really amazing, even if it is more expensive than the regular stuff that Lowes, Home Depot and the "handyman" carpenter's peddle. I would much rather pay for a product that is going to last me a LONG time and truly help with my energy bills than just get something that looks decent for a cheap price. I'm into quality, not a cheap fix.

As far as the sales team, that is going to different everywhere you go, no matter who you talk to. There are good and bad salespeople everywhere. I think everyone knows that. But, of course, people are quick to comment on bad experiences but slow to comment on good ones. I hope I can counter that, because I had a GREAT experience!!!

My experience with Hanke Brothers was excellent. My mother-in-law has both their leaf free gutters and a new sunroom from them. The workers were fast, friendly and cleaned up after themselves! I couldn't have been more impressed!

Both her sunroom, with HUGE floor to ceiling windows, and her gutters have stood up against this insane Arkansas weather beautifully! I can't imagine a better product out there.

My next move is to have Hanke work their magic on my home. I'm excited to see the value in my home go up and my utility bills go down!

A friendly salesperson visited us and measured our house for windows and gutters. The quoted price was around 3 times the cost of other estimates that we received for the same work.

After we said that we were unwilling to pay the ridiculously high price, the salesperson then asked us what we were willing to pay. We told him that we simply wanted the lowest possible price. He then told us that he would get back to us after he talked with his manager.

I suppose that Hanke Brothers first throws out a high quote that some people accept, then later will give you a lower price. We simply will not do business like this.

During our visit with the salesperson, he talked about Hanke Brothers integrity and fair prices. I didn't see either.

Don't waste your time with them.

Salesperson was very pushy and wanted a response immediately. I would not ask a bid from them again or recommend them to any of my friends.
