    I have had a lot of really good ice cream and Scoops is some of the very best. This evening had a double scoop hot fudge sundae of Chocolate Suicide and Raspberry ice cream, with whipped cream, nuts and cherries. Wow, was it good. Can't wait to go back.

    This is by far the best ice cream I have ever had in my life, that includes my granny's homemade vanilla I used to eat. This was the first time my husband and I had visited Hot Springs, our frequent stop was Scoops. I would almost be willing to take the 5-1/2 hr drive to Hot Springs from Texas just to get some of this ice cream. An overnight trip would be worth the it for the ice cream. Wish you guys could ship to Texas.

    The misses and I go to Hot Spring every fall. Stopped in Scoops this time by chance. Believe me it will be on our stop every year.
    The best ice cream we have ever had our pallets tantilized with.
    The help behind the counter most courteous and answered all our questions. Like how do I get in on the franchise? No franchise but he should. Can I get a couple of gallons shipped to Texas?
