    We have lived in Hot Springs since 2000 and tried all the Chinese restaurants in the area; New China is by far the best! The buffet is huge with many selections; always found the food to be fresh and hot and they keep it replentished - it is the favorite place for our children and grandchildren when they come in town to visit - always want to go to the "eatin house" named that by our one year old granddaughter! The shusi is really enjoyed by our children and they compare it to what they get in Plano, but cost is much better. Keep up the good quality and you will do well here in Hot Springs! Also, forgot to mention, their carry out orders are large and fresh and we bring home dinner often.

    The best Chinese food in Hot Springs. We have a group of 12 that eat there practically every Sunday. From the youngest to the oldest, it is almost everyone's favorite choice. We are having our family reunion lunch there next year. We have a large family from all over Arkansas and of the dozens who have tried it, they all love it.

    If you get a chance to go at dinner, they fix frog legs in a different way than I have ever had them and they are wonderful. We've never had a bad experience.

    I have never had such a bad experience. Several times the food has been cold and dried out so that it was difficult to eat. When reported they just smiled and said we came in at the wrong time. Then on 03/16/08 we found strips of paper inside the crab cakes and guess what. They deducted $3.00 from our ticket and gave us a senior discount. Wow this helped the nausa and disguest. This is an unclean disguesting place to eat and the service is very poor.
