where did good customer service go? where did going the extra mile for your customers gone? you can bet that i will tell everyone and their brother not to go the this cleaner.i will never stop.they ruined a wedding.one of the happiest days of a person life is now ruined by this place.a good employee that took the blue marine suit knew he needed the suit by sunday because he was in his best friends wedding who is also a marine and they both were to be in their blues.as everyone else he forgot after work to pick them up so he thought he could do that on sat.well at 12:30 when he got there they were closed.yes i know he should have found out what the hours are so some of this is on him but at the same time that employee should have told him that they close early on sat. i have a job and i tell my customers all the time because i care.i tell them about our services and such i take pride in my job so that would have been something natural for me and alot of other people to tell their customers.now here is the kicker.the kind people at stubby's gave them the number to the owner.owner says i'm in texas and cannot open the store.what he got there to texas in 30 minutes? oh okay he lives there.so he don't have a manager? a store employee with a key who could just help a couple boys out? a couple boys who joined the marines together and went to iraq together and fought for this country together for that man in texas for the person who closed that store at closing time.what the hell happened to going the extral mile for your customers?
