    I have shopped at Brookshires in Ashdown for 13 years. I have never experienced any of the things the other review says. I think they are a
    little high in prices but especially since the new store opened, it is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

    I wont shop there...: Stopped by there one day to pick up some meat. The meat was green! Goodness! So then I was going to get some Borden's chip dip. This was July. It expired in April and they only had two cartons. Also got some cheese at the deli. When I got home it had mold on it. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had at a grocery store. They really need to ROTATE STOCK and it might be ok.
