User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe were a long time Panda family, until lately. They have changed mangement and went straight downhill.Bad service ,bad food and not very clean. for such a great place to make such a decline is a shame. The steam table is not very hot, the trays of food were mostly empty and or what was left was dried out I waited fifteen minutes for something as basic as fried rice to be replenished on the steam table. It has been this way since at least mid 2007. The place now sucks and after fifteen years of loyal service , we will not be back!!!!!

User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe Love a Panda: And we love this place. While nothing here is excellent, nothing here is ever bad either. This includes the service and prices, although The Panda is a tad more costly than other Chinese buffets in Hot Springs. I like the atmosphere and just about everything else at The Panda.
