    the Barker Lounge is just great!.The staff not only knows our names but my 2 dogs also. The first time that Maxi & Rex stayed at the Barker Lounge was last year for about 2 weeks. I called daily and spoke with the staff on their progress. If I left a message they would call back asap. When we picked them up they were sad to go ,they did not want to leave because of all the fun they had. They really take care of my 2 guys as if they were there own pets,. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Pass it on. Barker Lounge is the greatest.

    What an amazing concept and so well executed! From my initial visit to check the place out to our first meet and greet, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, accommodating, helpful, and most importantly caring. They make one feel as if they are the only pup and parent there - quite a feat considering the vast amount and array of the wards in their care. They made my Boston Terrier Walcott's first day of "kindergarten" as easy and free of stress as can be. He came home as restful and content as I've ever seen him - certainly way more so than after an hour at a dog run. They've got everything a dog could want for an active and fun-filled day and everything for a loving owner to put their complete trust in them - from the amazingly cleanliness (smells like sterile!) to the aforementioned professional and attentive staff to the rotating rooms and play sessions. I highly recommend The Barker Lounge for all dog lovers - especially those that work the daily grind, maybe more than usual because of this wintry economic climate, and still don't want their beloved pups languishing home alone all day. A Day at The Barker Lounge: $20ish; A Happy and Peaceful Dog: Priceless.

    I have been taking my puppy Sadie here for about a month and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Barker Lounge. The staff is so helpful and they always seem to remember all of their dogs names. They make you feel like you are part of the family and you know that you are going to have a very happy dog when you pick them up. Sadie is extremely high strung and when she came home from her first day she was so exhausted. They really cater to the dogs and allow them to be free and wonder around all day in a supervised manner. It is 10x better then leaving her home all day long by herself. It is truly a treat for these animals to be with so many people that care about them and I high recommend the Barker Lounge to anyone who loves their dog!
