   Lowes is a great place to shop when you are doing work on your house. I have been there countless times and someone is always there to help me out. I always get what I need. the only problem I have with Lowes is their return policy. I still don't quite get it. I had to return a bi fold door that was too small and they made me go back and forth with the door between the register (because i had other items to buy) and the return counter several times before I could get a refund. it was such a hassle.

   Excellent: Great place and friendly staff make this a must stop for all your hardware needs.
