We had problems with our Air Conditioner and Meredith came out right away. They were recommended by our neighbor who has used them for 20+ years. They were great! Excellent job, fast service. They also came to our rescue again with our water heater...same day service. Excellent company!

Bad service. The two guys they sent out were either completely incompetent or they lied to me -- I'm not sure which it was, but they played me for a fool and I resent it.

Another problem: They were here fumbling around for 3-4 hours or so, but they didn't have the [very basic] part they needed for a permanent fix, so they jury-rigged a temporary fix and said they'd be back out later to replace it. They never bothered to call or come back, and that was many weeks ago (I eventually had another company come out to look at it -- it took 1 person less than 10 minutes to permanently fix the problem).

I do NOT recommend Meredith Air Conditioning. Perhaps I just had a bad experience and they're normally really as good as these 2 old reviews here suggest, but I will never find out because I will never use them again.

Efficient, Quality service: Efficient, quality service is a rare thing these days - it's refreshing to deal with a company that has those ideals and works to be efficient, provide good quality service, in a timely manner. Thanks Mr.Meredith!
