User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI've been living in Jacksonville/Cabot area all my life, I've eaten here countless of times. Me and my family have very much enjoyed the food (when fresh, and ordering off the menu is better. The staff tries to be friendly but there have been times where they seem to just not care, even knowing us for such a long time. But now I'd hate to say (feeling I'm betraying them) but I will NOT EVER eat there again. There were four continuous visits within a three month span where I have seen a roach. One crawling on the wall by the fruits, one running across the floor under the buffet, one crawling on the curtain, and the last straw was one crawling up the wall right beside our table! I've become so disgusted with the place I can't go in there anymore. I will be calling the state/fed whomever I need to, to get them checked and fined. It's very unsanitary and they need to, for a long time now, update/clean their facility.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsIt's one of those places you have to catch on a good day. If your too late in the day or at the wrong time, they are either not open or its not as good. Not sure I could tell you the "right" time of day, just know that I've had different experiences there (as have others who've posted reviews.)

This was the WORST food I have ever tasted. My husband and I were very disappointed especially after reading all of the good reviews. My husband is like Mikie (he will eat anything) and he says that he would not eat there again if it were free. All of the food on the buffet was cold and when we asked it they were going to put out fresh,they said there is still food on the buffet, food is food. Ordering off of the menu would not help. We saw a customer do that and the kitchen workers simply filled the order by making a plate of the buffet food. Don't go to Thai Taste.
