User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI have used this place several times in the past with average results. This last month, however was horrible. When I showed up for an appointment with my dog and waited all day, I received a phone call saying that their groomer called in for work and did not show. The woman also said that if I brought back my dog the next day that the grooming service would be free. So, I brought back in my dog the next day and was charged full price for the service. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES, on top of poor to average grooming jobs. I could do a better job myself!
I even wrote a letter of dissatisfaction to the business demanding a refund and a response and heard NOTHING.
