Spivey, Patrick DVM - Saline County Animal Clinic

Dr. Spivey, Dr. Barker, and the staff of the Saline County Animal Clinic have always been wonderful with our dogs! They are professional, courteous, compassionate, and dedicated. When one of our dogs was poisoned by antifreeze the day after Christmas, Dr. Spivey cut his lunch short to rush back to the clinic to meet us when we brought him in. He even came back up to the clinic late that evening just to check on him. When our Thane's condition was obviously worsening, Dr. Spivey called us at almost 11 that night to give us the bad news. He waited at the clinic for an hour for us to get a sitter for our two small children and come say "goodbye" to our loyal pet. He said we could have waited to put him to sleep until the next day, but he would have gotten worse during the night and been in a lot of pain. Dr. Spivey sacrificed time with his family just to check on our dog, and he was able to make Thane's last few hours comfortable ones. Our family is so thankful for him and his staff, and we appreciate their compassion more than words can express!

I have used Spivey on many occassion, with 4 Boxers he is very friendly and will not talk over your head, when our Boxer was have convulsions very bad, he stay was her and put us at ease as well and he tried so hard to save our boy boxer who had precretitis and later it was cancer, but Spivey is a very good and caring man with the animals and there owners. Wish he would go out on his own but stay in SALINE COUNTY. I would highly reccommend him.
