I use to think vet shurtleff was a wongerfull vet , i took my horses there for routin vet care , he was quick and done , one of my horses started loosing wt. and stopped eating , he offered me several feeding changed with no luck , she got down on me several times over a few weeks , but i managed with her after taking her to him on three different occasions he suggested that i take her to o.k. to be scoped , he thought maybe she had ulcers , i insisted that we just treat her for ulcers he orgered the meds for me to give her witch took a week and a half . she did get better . I had a very sick dog that was almost unresponsive and i rushed into his office carring this little sick dog only for the receptionist to tell me that the vet could not see him right now because he was headed out to de horn 200 calves !! I asked if he could just look at my dog and she went into the back and came back and said no he was leaving in a few min.! I did not have time to argue so i rushed into Dr.Wards office and there was nothing said they called him and we took my dog back right then and he started working on him immeadiatly , hewas septic and going into shock .So needless to say i don't take my animals to this vet any more.When i needed him he was not there for my animals.

i must agree totally, we travel all over the country and have never met a more caring and profesional group of people than at this clinic

morrilton Vet Clinic is two drs Cy and Angel, and all their staff are just perfect for my dogs care. The clinic is clean and there are several drop offs (strays) and they wander freely through the clinic. They are all way younger than I am so most probably they will tend to my dogs needs, until I die. God needs to bless them, as I do in prayer. Sammy and Ella's thought must be the same as mine. :)
