I had some chick who just graduate beauty school (Kadija) over highlight my hair and burn it....I now need a toner or color corrector to get the brass out. (hint: I have naturally dirty blonde hair) Also, when she started to cut my hair, she must have not listened to the shoulder length request, because I now have a bob. The owner had to come and try and fix and well it really isn't any better! The fact that there was 2 other stylists watching this chick and didn't stop her, even when I started saying no its uneven, or no I don't want the red tint...I still walked out of there after 5 HOURS looking like a freak and late to pick up my son, and I had to go to an appointment looking like this. So try #2 at the salon on base for a correction of what these barely beauty school grads did to my hair, which now is frizzy and looks like a dirty cotton ball....and maybe I will be able to go to work
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going here for a year now. I swapped to them when I realized that they were cheaper and cut hair better than my current salon. I have been very happy with the Design Team. I have had a different person cut my hair each time (only cause I didn't request a specific person) and each time I have come out with a great cut. I haven't tried getting my hair colored yet, but believe that will happen on my next visit. I have to say this is a great place to go for a great cut at a decent price. You can't go wrong with them.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAweful!!: Natasha did my hair she chopped it off while some other girl was telling her how to do the haircut i wanted....scary!!! She was 20 min. late for my appointment..would not ever recommend this salon. Dont waste your time!!

are you sure you seem like one of those types of people who cant be pleased or it was just because you saw something in a magazine and it may look good on the model or whoever but sadly not on you so you wrote this comment on natasha and she is a good friend and hair stylist and i hope you never come back to the design team again they are good and they dont need any negative shits like you around there

I would have to agree. The design team i awesome! My sister always goes there, and her hair looks great. Maybe it was your fault the way your hair turned out. The person above me is right. Just becasue the hairstyle looks good in a magazine doesn't mean it will look good on you!

problems you i was there when you came back in and if you had botherd to call and let anyone know that you were unhappy and give them a chance to correct anything that you didnt like you wouldnt have had to go anywhere else. you were given your money back and treated very nicely even though you were very rude i have been goin there for years and never had no problem....
