User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is one of my favorite places to eat, whether lunch or dinner! they have excellent cheeseburgers cooked to how you order! Their soaked salad is to die for and there chicken nachos are better than anyone around!! its a local spot that anyone would love!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI'm Converted; Redeemed Sweet Potatoes: I have proclaimed long and loud that sweet potatoes are the second most hideous vegetable to pass through my long-suffering mouth, the first being brussel sprouts. I have hated them as long as I can remember, no matter how much sugar and marshmallow is gooped upon them every Thanksgiving, or how many times I've been told by other women, "Oh, I bet you would like mine!" I don't; I never do; yuck, gross, get it away. I now proclaim to the heavens that after trying the Sweet Potato French Fries at Gadwalls, I am born again, converted, changing my tune, and ordering them every time I get the chance. This is not to say that they in any way eclipsed the fantastic cheeseburger that left me in a state of eurphoria, the adorable home-kitchen atmosphere that made me feel comfortable laughing as loud as I pleased, or the infectiously friendly service that instantly made me feel like being a nicer person. If everything on the menu is as good as this first meal of mine, I will likely be tempted to come up with many more reasons not to cook. If the humble look of the place turns you off, that's fine too; more for me!
