User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsHanks has some of the best southern cooking around, at prices you cant beat. I always describe them as dixie cafe-like food with twice the portion for half the price. It looks like a little hole in the wall, but dont let that fool you. The only reason I docked a star is because they're hardly ever open, even during the correct times (which are never posted)

I like Hanks, I eat there weekly. I like their breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hanks is the only place that I know of outside of Little Rock that you can get a fish dinner that isn't catfish. A lot of people don't like Hanks because it's slow, or it's an old place, but they are always busy, you are lucky to get a table sometimes. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
